It is deeply anchored in theory and research on educational leadership, management, administration and policy issues, as well as on contextual factors (e.g. culture, social structures, economic conditions, etc.) that influence educational institutions and leadership, teaching and learning principles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The Programme\u2019s main goals are to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">prepare educational leaders who are aware of the complex educational context in which they operate, and who can act creatively and productively in a variety of professional and educational settings,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">conduct and facilitate research on leadership, management, administration and policy issues, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">offer services to the wider educational community in organizational, management, evaluation and leadership issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><strong>\u03a4he programme is accredited by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: skills that will support their professional development in various educational organisations, such as Ministries of Education, Educational regional offices, schools and other educational institutions 12pt;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Very good knowledge of the English language, as the Programme is offered in English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Competency in the use of computers (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet) to effectively meet the educational requirements of the Program, and utilize fully the eLearning Platform of Open University of
